Return Policy

A receipt is required for all exchanges, store credits and refunds.

You may wish to exchange your goods or be issued with a store credit note within 14 days of the purchase date.
All returns must be un- used with original swing tags attached.
We do not normally offer refunds for change of mind or wrong decision.Refunds are only made in accordance to your statutory rights if the product is deemed faulty. A refund will be given using the same purchase method.

Not sure what to buy for the special person in your life?

How about a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be purchased and used at any Italian House of Leather store they are valid for twelve months and are not redeemable for cash.

Please remember to treat a gift voucher as if its money. If your Gift Voucher is lost or stolen we are unable to re-issue it.

We are more than happy to open a lay-by for you.

Our lay-by's are for 8 weeks and you must be prepared to place a 10% deposit in order to open one.

Currently we do not offer online shopping, however if you are interested in purchasing a product in bulk i.e. Corporate Christmas gifts.
